a. Introduction

Online Esports games (Electronic games) to which the game can be a team-based, strategical shooter game, battle royale. Any game has a community, and so will diversity be present. A toxic gamer is a player who has a bad attitude in an online gaming context, toxicity has been present since then and has destroyed many major teams on esports like the team due to communications liquid 2015 CSGO (counter strike Global: offensive) has been a case, specifically S1mple, Oleksandr who is known for severe toxicity. The mission this concept paper goes for is to build a gamer community without toxic that is out of the question. Game researchers and other people who are inclined to gaming should support achieving a healthy community for all of us.

b. Purpose

To Change Filipino's toxicity ingame is the main purpose of this paper. And to build a community that is both kind and upright. Any game has a community, to these players, communication is the key to success and if one is not adequately etiquette with words, chances of winning are severely dropped. This type of people can often make the person enjoying lose interest in the game, potentially destroying the game and making the community infected. This paper can help future gamers have a delightful experience in-game.

c. Description

We plan to not build an office cause this will be an indoor job. If it does expand, then will the expanding or building of the office be held. We can either make a community server for those games but that solution has already been out though it is barely used, Our members are bound to play with one of these toxic players, they will do as our community oath to represent till the game ends. What about the toxic players? They are usually given a low trust factor based on the reports the player has gotten so we can at least help them by having them join a server for a non-toxic player that helps the likes of those people. Though this movement will be a community so even when not joined in the server, players will be bound to get to play with this to be formed community that keeps upright. d. support

The budget should only need a little money for only the promotion and recruitment will cause. The players obviously would need the basic necessities of their equipment for their games. The budget could change unaccordingly.

we'll be finding members to volunteer. starting with a few people can be fine for the new members can help spread our existence and does expand. do if we can't find anyone willing to volunteer then we will be hiring members to represent us.
